Welcome Home to Prince George’s
Powered by Returning Citizens Affairs Division (RCAD)RCAD’s Welcome Home to Prince George’s is an innovative workforce development initiative designed to support returning citizens—individuals who have been incarcerated for five or more years and released within the last 12–18 months.
This tuition-free certification training, stipends, and supportive services is designed in partnership with Employ Prince George’s (EPG) and Prince George’s Community College (PGCC). Welcome Home provides participants with the tools, training, and resources needed to secure stable, long-term employment and improve their life trajectories.
Program Highlights
Tuition-Free Certification Training:
Comprehensive training programs at no cost to participants.

Financial support and services to help ease the transition.
Partnerships with EPG and PGCC:

Must be 18 years of age
Proof of Prince George’s County residency
Released from jail or prison within the past 18 months
Must Attend an in-person Information Session on either Jan. 29th, Feb. 5th or Feb. 11th
